Blog assignment# by Ayana Shinogi

When it happens sometimes to just feel down and not motivated at all, first I go to somewhere . It is because that I feel like free. It is one of the way my handles stress. Second, I go shopping and I buy various things, such as clothes, shoes, books, snacks and so on.  I think most of people like shopping, because it is satisfied people to shopping. Third, I eat a lot of food for example sushi, meat, sweets and fish. I like eating, so this way is much for me. Finally,  I sleep for long time at least more than eight hour. These are the way of my handles stress. What’s a your good way to reduce stress? I am looking for the way that other way reduce stress. Would you tell me your good way that reduce stress. Please comment for me your good advice. I am waiting  for your advices.

  1. I am guilty of shopping to make myself feel better as well. The food thing too. I love eating unhealthy food such as ice-cream to make myself feel better.

  2. As you said, I guess changing the place is necessary to refresh my mind. The worst way is just staying in your room! Shopping is a good way too relieve stress, but be careful not to spend too much money!
