Blog Assignment #23 by Nanako Suzuki



I usually don’t think about the thing that happened around me as a seriously problem, so I  always don’t have many problems. However I feel down and I feel stressed sometimes.
So when I feel stressed, I often go out for running or walking, because I can relax by doing exercise. When I was in Japan, I often visited nearby park, and I can go there about five minute on foot from my house so that is a good place for relaxation, but I can’t visit there now,  so I want to go gym in this university more frequently.
Also I often listen to music when I want to encourage myself. It doesn’t need a lot of time and I can do that anywhere, so it’s the easy way of relaxation.
I also think sleeping is really good way for encourage myself, because after I slept, my feeling is always better than before, so sleeping is very important!

  2. Taking a walk in a park makes me feel relaxed. Listening to music is good too. Do you have any special song to encourage yourself?
