Yesterday, the other ACE students and I went
hiking at Mt Magazine. We gathered in the parking lot of the campus at 1;00
p.m. There were around ten people including us. In there, we had a meeting about
the plan of this hiking for a while, and then we left the campus. It took about
1 hour to get Mt Magazine by car of a big van. I was a little excited when I was
moving to the destination by the car. After we arrived there, we climbed the
mountain at once. Outside was a little cold and some snow were left on the
mountain. We walked for about 20 minutes, and soon came to the waterfall. It was
very beautiful and made me happy. We took many photos in there and I spent a
great time. Afterwards, we returned to the campus while eating hamburger in the
car. It became a good memory for me. I want to go hiking again!!
I've never been to Mt. Magazine. It must be a beautiful place. If I could have a chance I would like to go there. Did it take only 20 minutes to climb up to the top? Did you take pictures at the mountain? Please show us your pictures if you have.
ReplyDeleteHiking is so much fun. I love to be surrounded by nature. I love Arkansas very much for that reason. We are called "The Natural State".
