Blog Assignment #23 by Kotaro Arashiro

When it happens sometimes just feel down and not motivated at all, I usually do three things that gives the effect and it is good for me. First, I eat my favorite foods such as hamburger, pizza, sushi and ramen when I am depressed. Eating favorite foods is makes me happy. However, I have to be careful of eating the foods too much to avoid getting weight. Also, I think listening to my favorite music is good. When my test’s score is too bad, I sometimes listen to the rock music and forget the bad score. It is a good technic to forget the bad memory. However, there is one better technic than these two. It is to take a sleep. I can forget all bad things happened me by taking a sleep, so I sometimes do that   without having a dinner. I think this is the best way. Please try it next time you feel down.

  1. I have tried all of these techniques when I was feeling down too. In my case, eating chocolate makes me feel calm. Sleeping is the best way to forget everything!
