Blog Assignment #23 by Kosuke Fujisaki

 When I feeling bad, I listen to the music. There are three things I do when I feeling bad. First, changing the song to my feelings. For example, if I feeling sad, I listen to Ballard songs. If I feeling angry, I listened to Rap music. Changing the song what my feelings. And walk alone. These things make me calm down. If I do this a one hour, I really feel better and I’ll forget about bad things. Second, talk to my friend. My friends good at listened to talking. If I thinking alone I can’t get new idea and think, but if you talking with friends they give me some advice. In addition, talking with friends about their trouble, relationships going to be stronger. Third, driving a car. I can listen to music at the same time. You can go far place more than by walk or train. Then I can calm down and feeling better.

  1. I also find driving to be very relaxing, if there is not heavy traffic on the road. Heavy traffic may make me be more tense and stressed.

  2. It is a great idea to listen to a song that matches your feeling! When I feel down, I share my feelings and concerns with my friends. It makes me feel much better!
