Blog Assignment #23 by Yukari Kondo



When I feel down and not motivated at all, I listen and sing to music, talk with my friends or cry. I think putting out to voice is good for me. I can't put up with it by myself. If I think about why I am sad, I will become sad so I like to do something else. For example, if I think about going to Disney, it makes me feel better. When I am feeling down, it makes me want to forget about being sad. It makes me want to do something fun. I watch YouTube videos. I also watch videos of Disney on YouTube, like Disney parades. I want to work at Disney someday, so it helps me stay motivated with my dream. It makes me happy. When I talk with my friends, it helps me cheer up. They can also listen to my problems and help me. Talking to my friends is more fun than crying alone.

  2. It is good idea to think about something fun in the future! Also, talking with your friends is a great way to encourage yourself! I do the same thing too!
