If I work, I prefer work with others. There are two reason. First reason is you can get ideas. If you work alone. Many ideas makes work better no matter the ideas are good or not. Because you can easily to find way to solve the problem. Second reason is responsibility. If you were alone, you have to be responsibility to mistake only by yourself. However, if you are in team, you don’t have to responsivity to mistake by yourself. I think we don’t have to do our work perfectly every time. In Japan, a lot of people seaside by job stress. It is because people too much think about their job. There are a lot of job in the world. If you feel uncomfortable to your job, you should change the job or quit. Working with others makes more work easier. These are why I thought I want to work with others.
